A couple of years ago, I developed an anxiety problem. For me, it showed up as a feeling of unexplained dread. Nothing appeared to be the cause of it, nothing (that I could tell) appeared to trigger it. It just happened.

Then it started happening more frequently. And though in the overall view of things, my anxiety wasn’t debilitating, it was real and terrifying to me nonetheless. I’d never experienced anything like it before.

Because I didn’t yet want to go to a medical professional, I did a ton of research on how to deal with anxiety without using prescription medication.

Then I developed a methodology that worked for me, and used it to make myself whole again. Now I want to share it with you.
